For Sports Rehabilitation - You should wear loose sports clothing and appropriate clothing to allow the Therapist to assess your injury i.e wear shorts if you have a lower leg injury.
For Sports Massage - You will be require to wear shorts and t-shirt
For Personal Training - You will need to wear comfortable sports clothes and trainers. Bring along a water bottle and a small towel.
Both Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists hold a degree level qualification. You will often find a Physiotherapist in a hospital setting and a Sports Therapist working with various elite sport teams.
The major difference between a Physiotherapist and a Sports Therapist is that a Sports Therapist is specifically trained to return you to a sport or an active lifestyle.
